US Orders:
We offer free shipping for all orders with addresses within the continental United States using FedEx. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes. Product ships when payment has been fully processed.

FedEx Home Delivery®: free shipping.

International Orders:
We offer express worldwide shipping using DHL. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes. Product ships when payment has been fully processed.

DHL Shipping: $50

Please note that Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases they may also delay delivery. VYPR is not responsible for packages once they have left our facility.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Items purchased through the Store will ship once payment has been processed, on average taking about 3 business days. Once items are shipped a tracking number will be emailed. 

Special Orders are made-to-order and an approximate ship date will be discussed with the customer once VYPR receives deposit. Please note that production times can change—in this event you will receive updated communication from someone on our team. Please note that items will not ship unless we have received payment in full and it’s been processed.

International DHL Express Shipping: up to 3-7 business days. Please check tracking once shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Upon shipment, the responsibility for the package transfers from VYPR to the selected carrier. As such, we are not liable for any issues that may arise during transit, including but not limited to delays, loss, or damage. All packages have “signature required” — please plan accordingly.

We provide tracking information for all orders via email so the customer can monitor their package’s journey. In the case of delay, loss, or damage we encourage the customer to contact the carrier directly for the most efficient resolution regarding shipping concerns once a package is in transit.

TAXES AND DUTIES

US Orders:

For orders shipping within the US, sales tax will be charged at checkout on orders shipping to the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Texas, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin

International Orders:

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. Taxes and duties are still owed if the item is refused. All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer, even if the customer refuses any shipments upon delivery.

Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government.

For any questions regarding custom fees and/or taxes we encourage contacting your local government.

For orders shipping to a country on our Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) list, taxes and duties are able to be prepaid at checkout or are already included in the product price. The total is shown on the invoice.

For orders shipping to a country on our Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) list, the order will be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt and payable by the customer.
