RETURN POLICY
UNITED STATES:
Bespoke, custom, monogrammed, personalized, sale and/or discounted items are FINAL SALE, therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
We accept returns on unused merchandise purchased only through our Store. Merchandise has to be unused, in the original packaging, and has a return request made within 7 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including box, filler/stuffing, and dust bag) with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged, scratched, worn, or not in their original packaging.
VYPR reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
If your order was placed within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded.
INTERNATIONAL:
All international sales are FINAL SALE, therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, VYPR will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by VYPR. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery and the item is returned back to VYPR, we refuse refund and/or credit because all international sales are FINAL SALE.
Shipping, customs duties, sales taxes, and any additional fees are non-refundable.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER:
For Domestic return requests, please submit your return request by emailing hello@vypr-official.com with confirmation number within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, proof of purchase is required.
A restocking fee will be deducted from your return based on the price of the shipping label. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, damaged, stolen or mishandled.
Once you have submitted a return request, you will be provided with a complimentary shipping label and return authorization available via email or download at the time of the request with detailed return instructions. Original shipping costs are non–refundable. Please do not ship your return back without a return authorization. It will not be processed.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for return processing to the original form of payment once your return has been received by our warehouse.
GIFT CARD & e-GIFT CARD:
Gift Card’s and e-Gift Card’s are non-refundable. They can be used in our online Store and to pay for the remaining balance of a Bespoke Order. They can not be used to pay for the first (non-refundable) deposit of a Bespoke Order. For any questions about gift cards & e-gift cards please email us at hello@vypr-official.com prior to purchasing.
VIRTUAL CONSULTATION:
All virtual consultation fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds for cancellations or missed appointments. If you need to reschedule your virtual consultation, please contact us 48-hours in advance. While we cannot offer refunds, we may allow you to reschedule your session one time, risk-free, subject to availability.
If you miss your virtual consultation without prior notice or rescheduling, the session will be considered forfeited, and rescheduling will not be offered. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your virtual consultation without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and rescheduling will not be offered.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note, we do not offer exchanges at this time. This includes Gift Card’s, e-Gift Card’s, and Virtual Consultation’s.

LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT:
Thank you for choosing VYPR for your handcrafted leather goods. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
Each handcrafted leather good is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, under normal use and conditions. Client must be the original purchaser and have proof of receipt, (confirmation email).
WHAT IS COVERED:
Defects in materials: This includes leather, stitching, hardware, and other components used in the construction of the product.
Defects in craftsmanship: This includes any flaws arising from the manufacturing process that affect the product's functionality or durability.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations
Variations in color, texture, and markings inherent to natural leather
Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat, water, or chemicals
WARRANTY SERVICE:
If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our customer service team at hello@vypr-official.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may request photographs and videos to assess the problem.
OUR DISCRETION:
While we strive to provide fair and reasonable service, VYPR reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim under any circumstances. Our decision regarding the warranty claim is final and based on our assessment of the defect and its adherence to our warranty terms.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT:
At our discretion, we will repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable item. If an identical replacement is not available, we will offer a product of equivalent value.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS:
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express warranty.
